The cost depends on the experience we plan for your date. Some outings include more premium dinner options or higher-cost activities, so pricing will vary accordingly. Each experience is thoughtfully priced to cover not only the dinner and activity, but also important behind-the-scenes essentials—like background checks, planning, paying our hosts, and coordination—so you can just show up and enjoy a great time.  You will know the cost of the experience before registering, there will be no surprise charges.

Absolutely! If you're within about an hour's drive of either city, you're eligible to participate. We just ask that you're open to traveling not only for the date experience itself, but also for the possibility of meeting someone special (or making some great new friends!). A little drive could lead to something amazing!

Anyone 21 and over is welcome! We group participants into general age categories—like 21–35, 36–49, 50–65, and so on—but these ranges can overlap. Our goal is to match people who are a good fit not just by age, but also by shared interests, personality, and vibe. It’s more about meaningful connections than rigid age brackets.  If we post about a specific age range - it only means we're close to filling the spots for that general age range.

Date 4 Eight is powered by Dahl Entertainment, a well-established entertainment company that’s been bringing fun and connection all over the Red River Valley and Lakes Country for years.  We live and operate from Moorhead, MN and you’ve probably seen us hosting events at some of your favorite local spots! We’re legit, we care about creating meaningful experiences, and we’re committed to making your dating journey feel safe, enjoyable, and real.

Yes! Creating an account is the first step—it lets us validate your email and get you into the system. The second step is registering for an experience, which helps us gather important details like your age, location, and preferences. Both steps are free, and once we have your full registration, we’ll reach out to coordinate your ideal match and date experience!  If you have an account but have not yet registered, log back in and click Register For An Experience.

Awesome! Now that you're registered, we’ll start reviewing profiles and grouping people based on age, interests, personality, and overall vibe. Once we’ve found a potential matches, we’ll reach out via email to see which experience you’re most excited about. After everyone’s on board, we’ll send you a link to finalize payment and lock in the date!
